Canopies South West is an independent company.
We have been offering our products for 30 years Located in Taunton the County town of Somerset.
We offer our products via our Internet shop.

Appointments can be made for our fitting service and quotations for carports door canopies and conservatories by ringing 0844 884 2341
We also offer a local fitting service and a National service for Commercial and in some areas Domestic carports.
We pride ourselves on our personal service and the fact that we do actually care about our customers. You can feel confident when placing your order in our hands.
We Specialise in bringing quality products from reliable manufactures our products include Carports, Door Canopies, Popup Gazebos, Log cabins,timber products including Carports smoking shelters and a door canopy range, we have an enviable reputation for our service in the supply and fitting of Conservatories and all related products including heating ,lighting and air conditioning.

We are also able to offer great price Water filters and American Fridge replacement cartridges. Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you may wish to buy and put them in your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on order and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your order.

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards cheques or money orders.

Canopies South West reserve the right to alter any specifications on the products featured on this web site without prior notice.
All sizes and weights are given as a guide only representations of colours are approximate, due to the limitations of photographic and calibrations of different output devises.

Delivery schedule
We process your current order the same working day. Canopies South West will send your current order in up to 28 days but normally within 10-14-business days.(some items will be dispatched within 48 hours)we will notify you of an approx delivery time. Please contact us with specific delivery dates that you may have in mind eg for holiday periods. The essence of out contract is on quality and in sone circumstances delivery times may vary. So please confirm this before committing to purchase any of our items.

Credit card security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All carports are guaranteed for 5 years against normal use. If fitted correctly.
Any items purchased though Canopies South West may be returned by prior arrangement at the customers expense within 7 days of delivery. Goods must be in there original packaging, unused and must be returned with receipt. For your own protection we suggest you use first class registered post.

Pricing
Canopies South West reserve the right to change or amend their pricing and errors on the website will be rectified as soon as possible. Our contract is not established until both parties are happy with the final price.

Canopies South West do not disclose buyer's information to 3rd parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of contents of your shopping cart once you have selected items. The only time a customer receives emails from Canopies South West is when an order is placed, queries, and rarely complaints or special offers and new products.
The type of information collected includes your name, address, phone number, mail address , credit/debit card details or sensitive information will never be collected from you.
The information we hold will be accurate and we will only disclose this information to 3rd parties for delivery purposes & to collect payments.

Returns policy
• ‘Returns Policy. If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods to us with the original till receipt within 14 days, and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note. This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.' All faults will be rectified at our expense if proven to be faulty. Photographs of damage or faults will be required otherwise they will need to be returned for inspection prior to being replaced.

Shortages:
It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be notified to us within 48hrs of delivery.

Time Limit For Notification Of Claims
Damaged Goods:
If your goods arrive damaged

DO NOT
sign for your consignment and contact us immediately. If the damage is not immediately apparent or the driver will not wait for you to inspect the goods please sign to that effect you must inspect your goods within 24hrs of arrival and keep all packaging to support your claim with photographs of damage. Photographs will speed up your claim. Please do not sign for unchecked goods as the insurance cover is invalid once signed for. We are unable to accept responsibility for damage that is not reported within 24hrs or that has been signed for in good condition. Your insurance is no longer valid. As it is possible for you to make damage by dropping the item in good faith we will not accept responsibility if these strict terms and conditions are not met. Any slight damage to packaging must be noted on the delivery slip.
